Yep you will smash your goal way before your wedding! But don't go thinking that's an excuse to start eating now missy!! Only jokin I know you won't as we are both BACK on track to goal ;) well god knows what size I am, bought some size 16 jeans about a month ago and they are getting quite loose now, bought a pair of size 16 linen trousers last week and I could only just do them up?!! Plus they were from the same shop! So o really haven't a clue! x

Well yeh my usually weigh in is a Monday but I spent all day Monday and Tuesday stuffing my face so I seen wed as my first day back on it? So I don't know whether to go with Monday or Wednesday now??? Not that it really matters, I change my ticker and signature with each lb that comes off anyway! x

I know what you mean about clothes....I think my first aim is to get into my wedding dress regardless of weight and my aim after that is to stick within a healthy bmi range as thats more important so the focus won't be on the clothes size!!! x
 
Feeling down tonight. Just feel like I have nothing to look forward to anymore and like I'm starting to resent the diet. Me and OH don't ever go out unless it's family/friend events etc and that's the way we like it. Our going out is on a Saturday, kids in bed early, order a takeaway, have a few drinks and just generally have a laugh with eachother and I want it back! I am fine during the week and totally in the zone but come the weekend that is all I want to do. I am seriously considering doing exante during the week and having the weekend off. Yes I will probably only lose 2lbs a week that way but a lb off is better than a lb on as they say. Bleurghh I dunno just fed up of feeling like this now :(

I know how you feel oh and I have been very ill the last year to the point where we could hardly leave the house so staring at four walls and food and drink being one of your only pleasures I understand completely :)

If I thought I could lose 2lb a week taking the weekends off I would but my weight loss is awful and I'd be lucky to STS

I dunno if I could still get 2lbs off to be honest. In week 4 I lost 4lbs, I had two whole blow out days and my weight STS! so I got cocky and thought I'll do it in week 5 aswell, lost the 4lbs again, had the piggy weekend and as a result put on 3lbs!! oh I dunno now, if only I knew for sure what the consequence would be! *sigh* x

Well we have ME so it is a lifelong thing just had major relapses last year, I'm still off work (unpaid eeeek) but very slowly getting there :) oh is back at work now 3/4 of the time so that's good :) but social life is still very very limited as I am only allowed to do set levels of activity each day in order to avoid a relapse :S

Carly, you have so much going on in your life right now and I bloody admire you girl. To go through all of this and continue soldiering on with this diet is truly amazing. But does make me feel like a right fool for moaning about wanting a takeaway! ;) thankyou for putting thongs into perspective for me xx

Yeah being fat is one more thing on my plate that I can fix though ;) nice to have something that is at least mildly under my control :)
All in all I would count myself as lucky plenty of good things in my life and when my mum beats this horrible disease I'll be doubly sure I am ;)

It'll be 12.0 tomorrow and then you'll see the 11s before you know it!!! Yay - glad to hear you're well and truly back on track.

Re the weekends - it is a struggle, but I figure it's worth doing the diet for a few months all out and then you can maintain doing some sort of 5 "good" days and 2 "naughty" days at the weekend. In the grand scheme of things it's not long to wait and you'll be back to doing the things you love with you OH on weekends before you know and looking and feeling AMAZING! :)

Haha no still here and still 100% but bloody pisssed off! I am 12.3 today :( I have been so good and despite waking up yesterday adamant that I was going to have my Saturday night takeaway, I didn't! The only possible explanation as to why I have gained 2lbs is the witch that is Auntie Flo has arrived! Yet I have never actually gained with her before, maybe STS for a few days but no gain! So now I'm wishing I did have the blooming takeaway as at least the gain would have been worth something! It's like somebody up there really doesn't want me to get in those 11's! Anyway not going to change my ticker or anything as I'm hoping they will disappear within the next few days. As Wednesday is now my official weigh in instead of a Monday I do have a bit more legroom and need to be 12.0 by then to keep on track for goal. Oh well I'll just have to keep plodding on I suppose x

Keep your chin up 14to9 - you know it's not a true gain because you didn't have that takeaway (well done you!!) so it will be off in no time and then some once Flo departs. Will cross my fingers for you for Wednesday WI :)

I agree....that phantom couple of pounds will be goen...don't forget how much water you retain when totm is around. Mine is here properly this afternoon and I FEEL about a stone heavier! lol
Stick with it and don't weigh until Wedensday!!!! I bet you have a lovely surprise :D x

I didn't have a takeaway or wine and my damn weight went up too!! Stupid totm :'(
Poor us!! I'm not changing tickers either! Crossing my fingers for us x
 
Yep all three of you are right, going to TRY not to WI until Wednesday now otherwise I may turn to food! Hopefully this time next week I will be in those 11's finally! And you miss Carly ;) x
