Operation: Wedding dress!

Hey guys,

Been skiving again ain't I! Sorry have had an awful week which all started on my birthday :( long story but basically been trying to make my mother realise that the way my brother (he's 20 so not a child anymore!) treats her is unacceptable. Anyway we went through the whole 'please help me be strong and not take him back etc' which I did and then it all gets thrown back in my face as she's let him move back in!

Anyhow I've washed my hands of that situation now and told her that next time this all happens I'll not be there to pick up the pieces.

Clearly diet had gone way off track thanks to lots of wine, always do that when I'm stressed damn it!

But I'm back Monday, with OH and we are going to start slim and save. Yay so excited! If I ordered today would I have them by Monday though??

Also is this how it would work:
1x porridge or shake
1x bar
1x spag Bol or cottage pie with green veg

Just a bit confused by it all!

Also, which are the best tasting meals?

Really hoping this is it now, as it feels like a brand new diet and new start. Sending out my invites next week and it's made me all panicky as this really is happening now and I will not be a fat bride!!

Well day 1 of slim and save abd what's with the porridge?!! They could have made it a liccle bit sweet!

Dark truffa bars nice though and I hate dark choc so that's good for me.

Forgot to say I'm back up to 12.3 this morning :( but chuffed in a way as I know I'll never see that beneath my feet again. Hmm deja vu??!! Xx
 
Hey hunni, I'm back today at a massive 13.11 :(
I swear this is my last time tho, no more messing about. Will be a lot easier this time as I've got Mr Motivator (aka the tosser) behind me this time. I just want it over and done with now. I've changed back to exante. S&S was ok for me for a few days but I missed the easiness of shakes. I mean when your out and about all you need is your shaker and a bottle of water.
Anyways, hope your finding it ok xx

12.1 today, usually get -3 on the first day with Exante but hey ho every little helps.

Could only manage half the spag Bol last night, it reminded me of the exante tomato soups which make me gag!

On the bright side its yoghurt bar day today which I love and trying the cottage pie for tea :) xx

Same here Clair, I'm so fed up of being this way and I just want it all over and done with so that I can enjoy the summer! Loving the previously known as 'the tosser''s new name! Everyone should have a Mr.Motivator in their lives ;) xx

Not good. Well kinda good?

I've had it with VLCD's, wish I could do them but I just can't, I go away and miss them for a while but then as soon as I get back on it I mess it up all over again. Soooo I never thought I'd say it but I'm joining SW! First meeting next Thursday and after reading all the books that a friend lent me I'm super excited! Think having someone else weigh me will be the key, knowing its not just me that will see if I've aced it or failed miserably! Yeh the losses will be smaller but I ain't getting no losses at the minute this way as I keep effing it up! So having the next 8 days off- but not stuffing my face ;) and then the new lifestyle change will commence :)

Anyhow, how's you?? Is Mr Motivator keeping you ahemmm motivated?!!! Ha xx

Honestly hun I'm loving it :) had lots of nice allowed treats this week hardly feel deprived at all :)

Mr motivators just phoned me to see if I was up doing the shred!! He's on early and I'm on lates so I won't see him till 10pm. So he's checking that I'm not slacking while he's away pmsl :D

Yep I had a glass of wine 4 nights last week ;) 4 Syns per 125ml and you get 105 Syns a week ;)

Love fruitqueen ;)! Sounds wickedcool, do you actually use 15 syns a day? And can you give me some ideas for meals? OH's gonna eat what I eat even though he won't be going to meetings lol! Should drag my arse to the SW section but think I'll wait until I start next week xx

There's loads on the website which you get access to when you join up, grab the slimming world magazine or check out mins if you want a headstart, you can get the magazine slightly cheaper in group if you want to wait, I bought a few of the cook books too from group £4-5 each
I've made up a huge fruit salad and have that with fat free natural yogurt or fat free natural fromage frais between meals :)
