hi just wondering which shakes and bars taste nice ? I was on liporim before nd only could take choc shake heated up . would really appreciate replies

There's really no answer to this. What one person will like another will hate. There are a few threads with reviews but honestly the best thing to do is order a sample pack that way you can try it all

I agree! As I said to your same question in my diary, I've liked everything I've so far tried - the crispy creme shake is my fave, and the spicy spagetti which I tried for lunch today, yummy!
And I love the porridge, so filling & tasty. Then again others hate it!!
Your best off getting one or a couple of each and decide for yourself hun. Happy shopping! x
