The trifle phobia sounds like a great one and not too embarasing unless they end up serving it for pudding at the wedding!!

I know someone who wouldn't eat red food - my only weird one is I can't abide eggs and anything with tomato in it together if I have a full english breakfast and they are both on the plate I have to make a barrier with the sausages!!!!!!!
