well done hun. feels so good to get away from obese.i was on a high for about a week after i got to overweight. im almost healthy now and it feels so good.

Thanks for all your support. Haven't lost anything this week due to having a cold and coming off the VLCD but I'll be back on it properly tomorrow for that next big push to a healthy weight.
