Back to pack up for hungry man.
Leftovers are great but i found this is fine as long as you have a microwave to heat it up.
However my brother is on SW and he takes a large Mixed Salad each day with tuna, prawns, ham what ever really.
I then bulk it out with slices of SW Quiche, Cold Meatloaf, Cold Chickpea Dhal Loaf. Cold Sausages, Cottage Cheese with Veg Sticks
Lots of fruit and Mullerlights.
This seems to fill him up and hold him off till tea time.
