Pasta help???????

Hi

I' m needing a little advice on the pasta and rice front, i eat quite alot of it without the sauces so plain and would say i would eat around 500g a day of the stuff in all, is this too much as i think i maybe kinda hooked on this and am not shifting any weight whatsover, can you really eat as much pasta as you want on green as i do green days usually 5-6 days over 7.

Mix them with salads and sauces so it is bulked up and you eat less of it and see how you get on. Also remember if you are eating them on their own they are stodgy, obsorb fluid meaning stay in your body for a longer time. Drink a ot of fluids too (water, SF squashes).
