Payment time on Ebay

Hi,

I sold a phone on ebay saturday morning and as of yet not received payment from the buyer, I am new to selling things so not sure what is an acceptable time to wait. I have sent him an email today saying that the parcel is ready for postage. How long should I wait before offering someone else the phone.

From the date it sold you have to wait 7 days before you can open an unpaid dispute via ebay, 8 days after that you get your fees refunded and can re-list the item for free.

You can send them payment reminders though. They usually work better than e-mails.
