Well day six of being back on plan first few days hardest but getting back in the swing again not weighing till Thursday as I started again last Thursday weighing in at 11 stone 9 hopefully will have lost for some reason like last time I get to 11.2 and it halts for weeks this is what's put me off before and started munching everything but this time will try harder to get past that Mark hoping to have lost at least 3 pounds this week but I know I must exercise I'm such a lazy mare just need a boot up the jacksy it's hard as I'm at work at 7 am finish at 5 by the time I've cooked dinner etc I'm pooped advice from anyone would be great xx
