Periods and S&S.....

Sorry ladies,
just a quickie, I have the implant and have had it for almost 2 years, during this time I have never had a period
but now 10 days into this diet I have came on??

anyone else had this??

Hey wannadrop3st I also have the implant fitted (this is my third one) its due to be changed again this nov to my fourth!! and my TOTM has always been irregular, but I have found this diet brings it on almost regular every month ??!!??

Maybe it is something to do with hormone changes going on in our body on this diet? unsure but - your not alone with it!!

How strange? I've had a TCRE so I don't have periods anymore. If anything you'd think you wouldn't? As people who suffer from anorexia, periods tend to stop? Just thinking from a low cal intake point of view?
