I am so glad that i have found this site.. Im hoping now that being on here will give me that extra bit of a kick in the bum lol
Hubby and I started phase one today and i have to say we seem to have done ok, I have piled on the weight since having bubba no.4 7months ago and i am in desperate need to get rid of it.. So fingers crossed it works for me!
