Pickpockette -- Food Diary

I had a quick look through some of the food diaries that you ladies have done - and decided to do my own, mainly because I'm completely paranoid that I'm not doing it right.
Feel free to pull me up on anything you think isn't quite right or needs a tweak!

Day 1

Breakfast
2 wholemeal toast (hxb) with mackerel in tomato sauce. 2 clementines.

Lunch
Beef savoury rice with salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion)

Dinner
Jacket potato with 30g cheddar (hxa), wafer thin ham and salad.

Syns
Kit Kat Chunky - 13.5

Day 2

Breakfast
2 wholemeal toast (hxb), boiled egg, clementine, banana.


Lunch
Ham & cheese (hxa) salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion)


Dinner

Braised steak, new potatoes, mountain of cauliflower.

Day 3

Breakfast
35g branflakes (hxb) & coffee with 250ml semi skimmed milk (hxa) + a banana

Lunch
Jacket Potato & Beans

Dinner
Pasta, Quorn Mince, half jar of Loyd Grossman Bolognese (5.5 syns) and 30g cheddar (hxa) LUSH!

Syns: (8.5)
Bolognese Sauce - 5.5
1 x Liquorice Catherine Wheel - 3
 
Day 4

Breakfast
Banana, Grapes, Activia Fat Free Vanilla yog

Lunch
2 wholemeal bread (hxb) with Edam (hxa) wafer thin ham, raddichio, endive, cucumber, baby plum toms & babycorn

Dinner
Pork steak, swede, carrot, SW roasties

Syns (6.5)
2 x small bag of mini cheddars - 13

(+ 2.5 litres of water)

Day 5

Breakfast
35g Branflakes (hxb) and coffee with 250ml Semi Skimmed Milk (hxa) & an Apple.

Lunch
2 wholemeal bread (hxb), 35g Edam (hxa), Raddichio, Endive, Cucumber, Baby plum tomatoes.

Dinner
Pasta, Uncle Bens Chilli (between 3 = 4.5 syns) and a salad.

Syns (11)
Uncle Bens Chilli (between 3) - 4.5
1 x small bag of mini cheddars - 6.5
 
Day 6

Breakfast
35g branflakes (hxb) + coffee with 250ml semi skimmed milk (hxa)

Lunch
2 wholemeal toast (hxb) 30g cheddar (hxa) and salad

Dinner
Potato hash (spuds, onions, carrot) - yum

Syns
None today, gearing myself up for weigh in tomorrow morning :)
 
Weigh in # 1
- 2lbs

Pretty happy with that considering i'd been on plan for a week before rejoining and also with it being my time of the month :)
 
Day 7

Breakfast
35g branflakes (hxb) + coffee with 250ml semi skimmed milk (hxa)

Lunch
Ham Salad, Apple, Banana

Dinner
Bacon, Egg, Tomatoes + Apple & Clementine

Syns:
Not sure, tempted by a cheeky bottle of Magners for 10.5 at the moment.
Will edit later depending on what I go for.
 
Week 2 - Day 1

Day 8

Breakfast
Clementine, Apple, Banana

Lunch
2 wholemeal bread (hxb), wafer thin ham, lettuce, tomato, cucumber

Dinner
Sliced beef, massive salad as above + hard boiled egg and 30g cheddar (hxa)

Syns
2 x French Fries = 8
 
Day 9

My Mums birthday.
No escaping it, there will be a bit of naughty food.
Will be kicking it's arse this week to try and pull it back for a small loss.
 
Thanks hun, will be trying my best.
Reckon I might throw in a few syn free days to see if that helps at all :)
 
Have to be honest, the weekend was a bit of a disaster food wise.
KFC, Birthday Cake, Milk Tray...I feel disgusting.
I didn't over do it but after two weeks of being on plan 100%, my poor tum has been a bit miffed that I've had some rubbish - it's kicked off my IBS and I feel rotten.

Not expecting much of a loss this week now, but I'll be trying to pull it back as best I can from today onwards.

Blech.

35g Branflakes (hxb), 250ml semi skimmed milk (hxa)(+ coffee) Apple, Banana

Lunch
Savoury Rice with tomatoes & cucumber

Dinner
