Pickpockette -- Food Diary

Feel miles better this morning hun, thanks - struggled to get back on it, so i don't think rubbish food will be happening again for a while (sisters birthday tomorrow too - eek!)
Just hoping i can pull it back for a tiny loss this week now :)
 
Last week turned out to be a bit of a write off so i've started back on plan today.

Breakfast
Banana, Apple

Lunch
2 wholemeal toast (hxb) with mackerel, apple and some grapes

Tea
Jacket potato with 30g cheddar (hxa) and a huge salad.

Having a seriously ****ing **** time of it at the moment, hasn’t been easy to stick to plan properly at all, stress, illness…nightmare.
I WILL be getting back on it properly when I’m feeling a little better and when I know what the hell is going on.
*sigh*
 
A fortnight off plan due to an array of birthday shindigs and illness on top of that (just a virus) but I have eaten like a monsterous animal, I'm not kidding...

Subway, KFC, Chippy, Booze, Nibbles on crisps and chocolate...

Walk into group yesterday, get on the scales - bam, I've lost a pound.

For the record, I'm not bragging. I'm genuinely concerned as to how I could possibly eat so much rubbish over a fortnight and still lose weight.

Any ideas, please throw them my way. Good job I'm at the doctors on Monday.
