Hey guys!

I'm starting my weight loss journey!
Everyone hits that point where they feel they need to loose weight for the better!
So comment when you want! I appreciate all input on food choices or general advice and would love to share my journey with you all!

Breakfast -
3 x dark rye ryvitas
2 x dairylea triangles
Vegemite

Lunch-
vegetable couscous

Dinner-
Sharwoods red Thai curry jar between 4 = 4.5 syns
Chicken
Boiled rice

Snacks-
carrots
Special K crisps - 4.5 syns
Special K cereal bar - 4.5 syns
Sugar free red bull - free
Sugar free relentless - 1 syn

Total syns = 14.5 syns

I really want to loose 6 stone!! This will happen!!
 
Well another day at work! But I'm off starting tommorow for a long weekend! And I'm going out clubbing! Any tips for staying on target with regards to alcohol?
 
How did you do with clubbing? I was going to go last week but it didn't happen in the end, wasn't sure how to deal with the alcohol though! I do weekly syns so figured I could spend 40 syns on drinking, but it's a scary thought!

How is SW going for you? Update your diary! :) most diaries on here don't really get a look in until they have a bunch of entries anyway, so don't be put off by no comments.

Keep at it, your first day diary sounds great :D I have about the same amount as you to lose (am 1.5 stone into the process and still have 6 stone more though!) and am loving SW so far!

P.S. not sure if you knew already or not- but Special K chewy delight bars count as a Hex B choice (I know you'd already had rivita that day)- sooo yummy! Looking at what you were eating, depending on how much chicken there was, you could have called it a green day if it was less than 115g of chicken and then had the special K bar as your 2nd Hex B and enjoyed even more syns (AND another Hex A!)
I'm following EE plan mostly but recently had a look into the Original and Green days and it's fab having extra Hex's to use!
