Have lost another 1lb since Sunday. SO I'm now 14st 8lbs.
I really want to lose 3lbs this week coming! Need to work harder at the gym and stop eating so many snacks!
Fail, lol.
I lost 2lbs, which is good, but I wanted three. However, I didn't go to the gym enough, and I went over my calories a couple of times again, grr, oh well.
FAIL! lol
So I was just utter pants this week. I only went to the gym once, I ate crap (even had fish and chips one night), and I'm paying for it now.
STS this week, which I'm actually quite happy about, I was worried that it'd be a gain.
Aw a STS ain't bad at all! well done you've obviously done something right to not gain if you think you've had a bad week, so nothing wrong with that
