Asda lighter cheese x 50g = 3pp or 100g = 7pp
Low fat cottage cheese x 100g = 2pp, x300g = 5pp
Crumpets x1 =2pp, x2 = 5pp
Extra light flora = 1pp for 2 or 4 tsps (10 or 20g)
Hellmans extra light Mayo = 0 for 1tbsp or 1pp for 3tbsp
Ketchup or HP BBQ sauce = 0 for 1tbsp or 1pp for 2tbsp
Extra light Philli = 1pp for 1tbsp or 3pp for 100g (1/2 tub)
Pitta x 1 = 4pp, x2 = 9pp
Old Potatoes (raw) x100g = 2pp
x 200g = 4pp
x 400g = 9pp
WW sausages x 1 = 1pp
x2 = 3pp
x4 = 6pp
light soured cream - varies depending on where from but around 100ml for 3pp
Flour tortilla x 1 = 3pp, x 2 = 7pp
Corn tortilla x 1 = 3pp, x 2 = 6pp
