I know but still eaten soooooo much today:
B - 2x oopsie rolls and vanilla yoghurt, muffin
L - pizza express pollo verdure salad (didn't eat the bread sticks)
Sn - muffin
D - glass milk, venison steaklet (it was like a burger) roast veg (fennel, courgette, leek, carrot) with balsalmic vinegar and wholegrain mustard dressing. 2x oopsie roll, vanilla yoghurt
Sn - home grown tomato(!!!) 2x ham slice, radish, small pickled onion (I was grazing.....)
I think I'm addicted to the oopsie rolls!!! Went to pizza express for lunch and ordered a salad (chicken roast veg on rocket and baby spinach) which was nice but pretty tiny when you aren't eating the bread. I wanted pizza so badly. I was tempted to go "what the hell I'll start again tomorrow" and order one but then remembered how sick I felt yesterday!
Just made a smoked salmon quiche for tomorrow and I could have quite happily eaten all of it when it came out the oven it smelt so good!
