OMG Jim, I don't like crab sticks, prefer the Cromer dressed crab (I know it's not cheap, but we have no kiddlywinks), but I didn't realise they were that high! I don't eat mussels now but get jars of cockles, gross to some of you I know, but they are 1gm per jar
If you want fishy with zero carbs have a look for crayfish tails. I think I'm addicted to them at the moment, so much nicer than prawns and even on my VLCD refeed (high protein low carb but still low cal too, I am browsing in this bit of the forum for inspiration and ideas I can steal lol) I can have a huge portion of them!
