Poodle's Food Diary

Not a great day food wise today, not naughty food, but not enough food/meals! Been feeling pretty ropey for a few days, Morphine's not even helping me today :(

Breakfast: Coffee

Lunch: 7-Up Light & Fat Free Activia Vanilla Yogurt

Snack: Apricot

Dinner: Shepherds Pie with drained Lamb Mince, Carrots, Onion, Parsnips, Swede, Mashed Potatoes, Leeks and HE A Cheese.

Think I'll head off to bed in a mo, can't get comfortable at all... Tomorrow has to be a better day!
 
Aw poor you! I hope tomorrow's a better day for you. You've done so well, you've already lost 3 stones, so well done you!
 
Yesterday's Food:

Breakfast: Coffee, Satsuma & Pear

Lunch: Monster Munch Casserole - Chicken, WW Sausages, Onion, Garlic, Carrots, Parsnips, Passata, Curry Powder, Oxo, Mixed Herbs & Black Pepper with Couscous, Broccoli & Sweetcorn

Supper: Pear, Banana, Apricot, Nectarine & Activia Fat Free Peach Yogurt
 
WEIGHT IN TODAY - LOST 1.5lb :)

Breakfast: Coffee

Lunch: Salad - Lettuce, Cucumber, Chicken, Ham, Beetroot, Celery, Yellow Pepper, Radish + Bag of Ryvita Mini's Sour Cream & Chive Flavour and an Activia Fat Free Blueberry Yogurt

Dinner will be leftover Shepherds Pie from Tuesday

I'm determined to be extra-specially good this week, I need to lost 4.5lb to get my next sticker - 3.5 stone
