I'm 5lbs from my target weight and if I wasn't feeling so ill I'd be feeling fantastic lol

A cracker is mainly made up of water and at least you didn't turn it into a midnight binge or anything! You did really well to only put 5lbs on in 3 weeks and then to lose 10 in week 16 is incredible!!! Well done you!! Try and remember the original focus and keep plodding along one day at a time!!

We went to a spa day today.... it was lovely... but we had not eaten... and we ended up in Mac D's..... tutut... i had a few Chicken nuggets and picked the batter off lol
I came home and did 20 mins on the bike on the uphill setting and booked into the gym for tuesday lol xx
