Hi all,quick intro,Im Clare,look forward to reading all ur diaries and food plans
Its my 1st day tomorrow,back to it! Feeling really positive this time round and going to keep this diary to keep me motivated and keep positive
Its my 3rd time round on slimming world, 1st time I achieved a 2 n half stone loss (6 years ago)..got down to 8 stone, 2nd time a year ago,failed miserably,lost half a stone and gave up,should never be excuses but i was in a bad place.
This year nothing stopping me and have a lot of time on my hands so definitely NO EXCUSES!!! Have not been weighed as yet but im predicting around the 11 stone mark,would love to get back down to 8 stone but will take it a pound at a time
