SO how many syns are in the new Pot Noodle in a Mug ones? ESPEC the spicy curry flavour, Chinese Chicken flavour and Roast Chicken flavour???

yak!!! I tried these the other day- the noodles are rubbish and thin and the sauce is so powdery. yak yak!!

I liked the chicken on but not really the tomato and herb, found that one very powdery and a bit mank. I like the noodles tho! Much better than normal pot noodle ones from what i remember

These are so yummy. The only syned packets are the roast chicken (1 syn) all other flavours are free on green and extra easy.
