Pregnancy Pregnant with Baby No 2 - Looking for Buddies!

Hi all x

My name is Jess and I'm 24 weeks pregnant today with baby no 2 - a little boy! My 1st - a little girl is 1yr old on Monday.

So far I have had a very easy and low-risk pregnancy (no sickness or anything either) and I have been eating like a horse!!! So far I have gained 1st 7lbs(!) (I only gained 2st in total with my daughter) and I feel rubbish due to eating crap constantly. So, I have written a SW food plan for a week (starting tomorrow) and really hoping to slow the gain right down!

Anyone fancy being a pregnancy buddy? x

Hi PP,

Are u going to post a food diary? I'm trying to keep a lid on my weight gain too after gaining 4 1/2st and then 4st with my girls. I did lose it all both times with SW, but this time I have a wedding dress to get into next July so doing my best to keep gain under 3st - I normally lose 2st straight after giving birth.

I have also gained 1 St 7lb and am 22 weeks with my first.
I'm going to loosely follow the weight watchers plan ( try to anyway)

I'm 27 weeks pregnant with baby 2, my first is also only 1, I'm the opposite tho I had a little boy first but expecting a little girl this time ?

I gained 3 stone 7 with Harry!

I started following slimming world at 19 weeks pregnant after having already gained 17lbs, I'm now coming upto 28 weeks (so 9 weeks on) and have managed to maintain this weight for the last 9 weeks so it really does work ? I probably would have lost some weight but I haven't been too strict on weekends! So 27 weeks with a 17lbs gain which I'm more than happy with!

Hoping to keep below 2 stone gain this time!
