My partner and I are off to Prezzo next Monday. We have eaten there quite regularly in the past, and my favourite dish is Penne Arrabiata (pasta in tomato sauce with garlic and chilli).
I'm planning on having the 'light' option, which is only 383 calories. It comes with a side salad (which contains a very small quantity of olives - probably only 2 or 3 in there, which were going to be a treat) and a small portion of low calorie dressing on the side (which I'm guessing is included in the calorie value for the meal).
I've looked in the back of my book, through Syns online and googled it to no avail.
I'm just looking for a rough estimate really, to go in my food diary (I'm fairly new to this!). I'm guessing the main Syns will come from the oil in the tomato sauce and the olives in the salad.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
