Thanks guys! I am here to say hi! Have lost 1lb this week but I'm not fussed about the slow loss now. I am now 12st1 and that for me is the best birthday present i could have asked for!!!

Oh i had a lovely lovely day! I didn't eat ANY cake but i did have a small portion of curly fries and seafood as my boss treated me to lunch :giggle:

I must admit turning 28 is quite daunting. 2 years from 30.... crikey where has my life gone?

I started it in May. Have lost nearly 2 stone as I have been quite slack with it recently but it's ok as it's coming off steadily which is just fine for me
