Pro Points VS Simply Filling

I am confused!!!

after reading practically every thread dating back about 5 weeks or so, i dont get the PP and SF thing...

I am an online subscriber, and im waiting for my starter pack to arrive, hopefully that will exlain...

but can anyone enlighten me please???

Sf is where you don't point but you are able to eat healthy food(check the list) until you are satisfied.You still have your 49weeklies for treats or certain foods you have that are pointed.pp is set points depending on height,weight and age that you use per day plus weeklies.
 
I have done pp for 15 weeks,I did two day of pp on my 16th week but have changed to sf now,done it for 6 days,am really enjoying it :0)
 
I'm not brave enough to try sf - the freedom it would give me would not be right for me.
 
I think everyone is different some ppl love it some ppl don't! I have always done a mixture of the 2, tho to start with I did mainly sf days then recently I did mainly pp days. I have now gone back to mainly sf days! All in all I much prefer sf!
 
I guess that's one of the positives about WW in that it has both plans so we can find one that suits us. On SW there is just the one way of doing it.

Definitely! I think sf helps me now as I'm not snacking on the naughty foods as much like I was on pp but i didn't move to sf till I felt ready to do so.I do think either plan is down to personal choice,I do still weigh some foods on sf as I want to stay on portion control but weighing doesn't bother me anyhow!

I found the sticky, and printed off the list for something to read...

So let me get this right... SF is any of the foods listed on the pages to eat untill satisfied???
and PP is counting the points and measuring out portions and things, and tracking points on the planner??


i hope ive got that right?

Yup! Pp you can eat whatever if you want to plus some of us tweak a little on sf,like use wraps that aren't WW but are the same pp or bagels that are still wholemeal but not WW.Saves money that way!
 
Right, I get it now!!!

I think I will stick to PP for the time being!

Although I've struggled to have my 59 points today, and it's only day 1...

It takes time to adjust,you will get there,any problems and there is always someone on here to help out :0)
