Just checked my emails from overnight & Amazon had recommendations for me & the first one was the 30 day shred!!!! Saw it as a sign I'm meant to have it so £5 has just been spent in the hope it'll make me lose lots of the other kinds of pounds!

I got an email yesterday from them suggesting I subscribe to Dolce Gusto coffee pods... oddly enough I got a machine for Xmas. There was nothing else on the email, just that as a recommendation.

I havent ordered any pods online nor registered with Dolce Gusto yet

In case anyones thinking about buying the 30 day shred, amazon have the jillian michaels collection - 4 dvds including the 30 day shred - for 14.99. Just got it myself, all the dvds seemed to have good reviews. Kinda like getting one free if they're a £5 each.
