When I have a meal, I have small-ish portions and eat until im almost full, then I have myself a nice happy, or piece of Melon or bowl of strawberries or something like that which fills me up nicely and I find it makes me not want to snack.
But a friend of mine (who, i might add is a perfect build in every way -.-) says that we shouldnt eat puddings and should wait until we are hungry again to eat what we would have had for a pudding

I dont know whether to take her advise and stop having me pudding or to carry on what Im doing :S
