NB - I did have a bit of dumpling but not sure how what cal it would have been, but am positive band practice tonight counteracted it just fine :)

Granny's Scotch Broth. Just googled for an image of it but it seems Granny's soups don't exist on the web..odd! I mean they are sold in my Tesco!

My mums doing the shopping later on so as you could imagine, we had next to nothing. Was a struggle trying to make up the calories and try and get a decent meal...so I never got a decent meal and had the following

Pack salt and vinegar snack a jack popcorn - 29
Thai Chicken, done in the oven - 330
5 crackerbreads - 100
2 bits of bread - 180
Brown sauce for the bread :D - 30
Crackerbread and honey as a "desert" - 30
Popadom - 28

727 overall

Went over as I forgot about the popadom when doing the list. Oh well!

It's going ok, thanks for asking. Not really flung myself into yet. Hard to motivate myself when I know that as long as I pass, regardless of how well, I will be getting a 2.1. Still want to do well, but harder to make myself than it was for the January exams.

Friday night and yesterday have not been chucked in, not for overeating or anything of the sort but was at a mates caravan they had for the weekend for their birthday so spent Friday night fissed as a part among other things and spent yesterday praying for a decent bedtime to arrive so I could just go back to sleep. Be lucky if over the two days I ate much more than 1500 calories all in.

But anyway today

I had my mums soup for breakfast, the lack of calorie information makes it annoying. I am going to call it all in 400 as that is what I would usually give myself at breakfast. Don't see it being higher to be honest.

WI tomorrow, and must admit, feeling good for it.
