I can't believe I've went from 8am - 6.30pm without eating! :eek:

Worked 10 - 4.30 (double time booyah) then went a circle walk to the train station (as had 30 minutes to kill) then a big walk at the other end so only now just in. Got by today on diet fizzy juice and coffee so don't even feel that hungry.

All in my walk was 5.3 miles...good going!

Not counting AP points anymore simply because I haven't used them this weekend and was up to about 15 so everything on top of that from here on will be a bonus!

Tea will be;

Pasta - 5
Sauce - 1
Bread - 2
Crackerbread - 2

I don't know how you can manage to go so long without eating, especially since you did all that walking! If I don't eat for a while I get really dizzy...not good! Make sure you have a good dinner!! :)

The coffee and fizzy juice seemed to keep me going, usually I would suffer as well but didn't kick in today. Mind was elsewhere most of the time, kept floating away in to my own wee world :p

A very nice weight check this week :)

Over the coming week or so I'm going to scour through all the social networks currently used and previous (myspace, bebo, facebook etc) and find all the old horrible pictures of myself and save them in to a folder for looking at! Think it's a worthwhile exercise as a lot of them I have never seen!

Great idea, im sure it'll be a very motivational resource to have! I still keep a few bad pics of myself incase I ever slip back to that bad place!

I have 1 in the middle of a photo montage on my wall too which I'm huge in.

And cheers re weight check. 1 gain all in since changing from weigh in to check! Most sts which is braw and a couple small drops. I'm now lighter than I was before the wedding 10 days ago which I'm chuffed about!

Get to pick up my altered suit tomorrow :-D

I then proceeded to - while washing machine was erm..cleaning itself - pour boiling water on my pasta, put it on the hob, put hob on and go sit listen to the radio.

Guess who put the wrong hob on! 10 minutes wasted!
 
I think an early night is needed. You sound like me the day after my little boy has had me up half the night. It doesn't happen very often thank goodness because we would never find anything. I put things away in the wrong place when I am tired. Like I went to put the milk in the cupboard and the cereal in the fridge the other morning! :rolleyes: Jo x

ps: well done on your weight checks, you are an inspiration......... Yes I did say an ''Inspiration'' !! :D

Just the work I do after hours is brain-dead stuff. Last night was just putting a load of A4 card printouts in to polo-pockets. Someone has to do it, so I offered and it's money in my pocket at the end of the day!

Does mean I'm mentally gubbed when I get in!

And I hate being called an inspiration, but if someone does get something out of what I've done I'm happy to help :)

I guess i just don't see me as an 'inspiration' in the tabloid newspaper sense! I've had mates say it to me too but I don't take that kind of praise well! I'll do hope people see what I've done and realising they too can do it, I prefer people to say I provide motivation, as inspiration makes someone feel differently to getting motivation in my eyes, more likely to act on gaining motivation...hope that makes sense!
