How much do you love cous cous :D hehe

It's pretty much a real staple in my diet! I do love it though, both the taste and how filling it is! Can't be beat :D

I do like it but when i cook it it always ends up sticky!! I like couscous with onions and peppers hmm :)

Hey there! I'm fine and dandy yeah, fluctuated between about a 2lb window since, currently at the lower end of it after jumping on the scales today :D

How you getting on?

I do like it but when i cook it it always ends up sticky!! I like couscous with onions and peppers hmm :)

Ach I'm lazing. The lunch ones are Tesco Light Choice pots and the one at home is a sachet pack. Both just need water :rolleyes:

Looking back now it is over a month since I decided I was happy where I was, and when I consider everything I've had on during that time (weddings, parties, nights out, days out etc etc) I am ecstatic to have maintained! Your post has actually highlighted to me that it can be done, and that I am doing it...without much struggle :D

The jury is still out on cous cous for me! I do like it but I never know what to do with it?? I used to have feta cheese with cous cous but seems a little strange! I've also changed to brown pasta and brown rice so don't know if cous cous would contradict that? Anyway sorry for dumping my cous cous problems on you, ha! :)

The stuff I have in work is moroccon flavoured. In the house I tend to have it with either meat free chicken or burgers and veg with either brown sauce or lea and perrins. No idea in regards to the affect on having whole-grain foods!

Cheers, but I should add. I'm not happy with the way I look, but I DO know that is a mind thing, and will be something I always have to live with. I know my weight is healthy but a lifetime of being overweight means the mind wont adjust, so just got to keep telling myself :p
