Puggso what's this soup, aye?

Couple veg stocks, brocolli, cauliflower and whatever other veg you like (I use onions and carrots).

Boil til veg is soft and then mash.

Done :)

It's 15.42.I've walked 4 miles then train to my parents place.Then played my pipes for about 2 hours solid.

And all I've had is 2 cups of coffee all day. And still not feeling hungry. I should be famished!!
 
Ok today has went;

2 bowls of big lovely home-made mammy's soup (lentil) - Points unknown

Pasta - 5
Sauce - 1.5
Crackers- 4
Bread - 4

So 14.5 minus the soup. Soup was definitely not 7 so it's all good in the hood :)
