Well i am doing the 20pts and I must admit I did eat rubbish in the 3 days leading up to me joining. I have done my 20 for today and still no time to exercise. I think I am not going to save points but rather use my exercise ones for drink pts.

Aye it was apparently a big joke in work when my boss texted me on Tuesday what I wanted for lunch on Saturday (as I was off). They were shocked when I texted back that I would actually go with the Greggs rather than bring my own!

Well i am doing the 20pts and I must admit I did eat rubbish in the 3 days leading up to me joining. I have done my 20 for today and still no time to exercise. I think I am not going to save points but rather use my exercise ones for drink pts.

I do a mix in regards the alcohol. I can earn 12 points in a weekend if I do a 90 min walk each day. I like to have about 15 for drinking so will then save the rest up with less points.

However if I can't get the walking etc done then I tend to cut 2 points out a day, making 14 points in a week.

Also there is a Tesco Light choice meal of mince and potatos that is only 3 points. I tend to have that before going out rather than the usual meal of about 7 points, another 4 saved. All adds up :)



Today has been;

Porridge - 3
Yoghurt - 0.5
Toast - 1

Lunch will be
Cous cous - 3
Crisps - 1
Cuppa Soup - 0.5

Also had baby cherry tomatos - 0 :D
 
Evening meal;

Soup - 0
Pasta - 5
Sauce - 1
Garlic Bread - 3
Crisps - 1
Crackers - 2

21 so far today :)

And the hunt for 28 wast jeans is over...a pair are winging their way from ebay now. And also they are a 28 legnth too...I may not be tripping over jeans for once!

I should say in advance, I do not expect them to fit....yet!
