I best say this in advance incase I put on tonight and it appears like sour grapes or that.
But I'm changing my WI to Mondays after this...and rather than give myself an easy ride and wait a week on Monday I will start this Monday. So 2 WIs in 3 days. It is simply so I can keep a bit more control over the weekends.
Speaking of which...gym membership abuse begins tonight. Going tonight, tomorrow morning and Sunday morning the probably Monday and Wednesday nights! Making sure I get my monies worth!
Was funny today on the train. Had headphones on, and in fairness didn't really feel hungry. But god almighty my stomach was growling away like mad. It was because I ate my home-made tea during my lunch at work rather than after (before pipe band) and had my shake at about 10. This was for convenience but means come about 3 today I will have went 24 hours without solid food.
So my belly's gonna be speaking come about 5!

I have the eye of stupid
But aye, I ended up on a mile-set running machine. I wanted to do a 1 kilometre so went for 0.7 miles as a guess. Turns out that is 1.12 km. Not bad
And...
went to Tesco afterwards and got for my tea MEATBALL SEX DISH
