Don't expect a good WI this week.
Not been the gym at all plus I am doing the Sucrawl today ( Sub - the Subcrawl site)
And we are meeting at our local for breakfast at half 9 as 16 drinks over a day means a good hearty (read - Fried) breakfast is required.
...if anyone see's me around the West end of Glasgow looking lost, frightened and a little merry please point in me the direction of the nearest subway station

It was absolutely horrific! But all gone now
In other news, I've decided not to WI until the 29th and from there assess how I want to go pre-christmas.
That isn't meaning I'm going off the rails or anything - still taking the shakes and going to the gym tonight - but just means I will enjoy myself a bit more over the next two weeks.

I said all gone. Got to work, sat down and suddenly the bugger of a hangover came back and has lignered all day.
2 day hangover....that is testament to how good a day it was
