Been sat at my desk all day dealing with job stuff and the likes so never actually had a lunch.

My tea was pasta in sauce with bread. Some crackerbread, a yoghurt and an apple. Call it 900 to be on the safe side!

I didnt do as well last night, not awful but not the best. Had some soup (60), snack a jack popcorn (48) and some cheese on toast (250). Which was was fine then had a big bowl of muesli too (about 300).

Can't win them all I guess!

You're right, and it is something I have picked up on. In the past when I wanted to pig out I would go for whatever is there and lots of it. Now I stop and go "what will fill me and is healthyish" which I didn't even notice I was doing the first few times! Must be some mad sub-conscious thing that is happening! :D

In other news, my ankle is heeling up but still sore. The actual ankle itself has little pain now and it is more in my foot but that is decreasing too. The only slight problem is with my left leg doing a lot more work my left calf is starting to cramp up a bit, which was why I stopped running when I went to the gym and stuck to the bike. But oh well.

Officially a dole scrounging piece of scum as of today :D This time at least I have paid taxes to contribute to it rather than just jumped on straight from uni. Got an interview on Monday...not sure if it is just a preliminary or not but preparing as if it was a full thing (hence I'm in uni again printing stuff off as our printer is broke and they still seem to give me a print allowance!). Then on to pipe band, will have my tea when I get in. The parents are away camping and we didn't get much food left so I may need to be inventive...or very lazy again!
