I think the one up my way changed to a Haven, and that's why I thought that!

And I see Red has changed to actually you...and there was me imagining a Fraggle typing away

Done some maths there...for every 4 miles I walk I get 3 points. So I'm going to use the points where I'm not drinking tomorrow to walk and get some more points on the board

I am now up at stupid o'clock on a Saturday (bloody being up at 6.45 all week) and about to go out my walk to the sorting office to get my new headphones. It looks like its about 60mph wind out there!

well it's more than a little blustery here too. OH nearly got taken down the street this morning, skinny thing that he is in a huge coat, ha.

i am now at work unfortunately. haven't been here for nearly a week and after being told they'd left it easy for me as i'm still not on top form there's shedloads of things left to do before monday morning. fabulous. i'm not going to worry about any of it until tomorrow though i'm playing catch up today.

Yeah I had a wee project to do during the week - that started as a task and quickly escalated in to a day and a half bit of work - meaning I spent all of yesterday in a daze trying to get my normal work done. Got the main part done, just the filing to do on Monday morning I'm back to normal!



So I did do my walk. Play.com seem to be taking to piss because for a set of headphones the box they came in was huuuge! Like easily 4 times the size of the headphone box within! Oh well, I got them!

And I did do my walk. The weather was alright for the most part but did rain a bit and was windy.

However I did get to see this:

which was quite lovely!

Picked up mushrooms and tomatoes at Tesco (both 0 points ) and having a breakfast of that, 2 eggs and toast! Can't wait!

Mon - Fri I tend to be bran flakes and toast in the house and a cereal bar about 2 hours later once I'm not work and settled in to whatever I'm doing that day.

just had my brekkie-2 poached eggs and baked beans on wholemeal toast-i'm doing sw at the moment-i try to have something different most days thru the week just for a bit of variety

Hey, welcome aboard!

I don't really have time for variety in the morning, I get up at 6.45 and leave at half 7. And manage to shower and get ready in that time so breakfast is about a 10 minute window.

The weekend is for being more inventive
