news to me kered, although ive not had many but there was one day i had omlette made with two eggs and one egg white , im on maintainance going for wi tomorrow will have a yarn with girl at chemist to query this, so fingers crossed....
 
quite happy today! I have lost a pound this week on refeed :)

Well done on your loss, thats great. You did really well resisting all the goodies on your away day, thats also brilliant.
I cant wait to start re-feed now, your meals are making me drool lol.
 
i admit to hating refeed at first - because i felt by eating i was taking away my automatic weightloss that i was getting with my LT!

Thing is now i know i can be full on a salad and a small dinner - i feel very confident :) Also my willpower is so strong - i am no longer tempted or feel weak and 'need' to have those choccies lying around the office :)

todays food was:

strawberry shake for brekkie

120g tinned sardines in tomato sauce with salad for lunch

2.5 bananas
2 weightwatchers yoghurts (dinner!)

forgot to eat dinner - had a driving lesson and was so pysched about it and scared and nervous and just never thought about food! (this is NOT normal behaviour!)
 
saturdays food
vanilla shake for brekkie
chicken shish and salad for lunch
dinner: pasta salad with prawns (3-4lol hate em)

Sundays food
Strawberry shake
lunch: mini babybel, 1 WW yoghurt and 2 bananas
dinner: steak with veg and ooooops nicked a few chips (4)
snacks: 1 WW yoghurt and banana

have sore tummy now! lol
 
Chelly - i put that sodding pound back on :( LOL. I am going back to strictness!

Monday:

Strawberry shake
chicken salad (which i didn't finish)
8oz potato, bit of fish and some creme fraiche with basil.

snacks: apple, banana, WW yoghurt

I am behaving now - seriously how can a morsel (no lie) of pizza and 4 chips cost me a +1lb in weight?! WTF!?

Oh well...lesson learned! Resisted chocolate fudge at work - i've been a good girl today :)
 
yep the scales don't lie. B**ger! LOL

hopefully a few days of being good will right that :)

wholemeal bagel with red pepper and tuna mixed with low fat creme fraiche
mini babybel
small banana
dinner: fish, small potato and veg
 
Are bagels nice? I dont think I have ever tried them. I was thinking of sticking to WW bread or wholemeal pitta bread for lunches when I am working. Are there more calories in bagels?

I love bagels :) Very yummy. I nicked the bagel idea off Chelly :)

mine are 187 kals. They are the Food Doctor highbran and seed bagels :)
