I will join in too.. Only a small target for me as I don't have much to lose to get back to where I want to be, so I'll say 8lbs.
I WI today and lost 1lb!
I'll stick with Monday weighing and hopefully this will keep me on track at weekends better

I am back on minis after a time away laying down reserves! Used to do the soup and salad challenges you ran. Made a huge difference to my motivation so I am up for joining again. Tuesday weigh in and I am going to aim for a realistic 1 stone. No hols planned as yet.

3.5lbs off for me! Happy days, ate salad and fruit most of the week just really been enjoying eating fresh food, must have counteracted the alcohol at the weekend hehe xx

Your loss gives me confidence that salads, veg and fresh fruit is the way to go. I have a serious chocolate addiction that I need to address. Weigh in tomorrow will be a bit iffy but then it's another week.
