Thanks Kay - but really you should just update once a day - otherwise you'll be at it constantly!! No one needs instant updates!!

lol I'm away tomorrow smurfy so wanted to get as much done tonight, otherwise there will be too many for me when I'm back hun. Thanks for thinking of me and well done on your loss hun :p don't have a go at me, I'm typing in my sleep, promise :D xx

UPDATE - WED 08/10/2014 :)

Hello everyone,

Just a quick update from me. I am going to be away for a few days, I may be back either Friday morning or Saturday, not sure yet. Keep posting your losses, I will update them all on my return ;). Also if you would like to join the challenge, just type your target for the 3 month period, and how much you have lost since 1st October.

Target for 3 months as from 1st October = 20.5 lbs (My P.A.T!) so 17.5 left to go.. :)
