Lucid that's brilliant I remember getting out of that size I was busting out of a 32 when I started and now I'm a 22/24 and feel amazing even though I have a long way to go so well done you it is a real achievement!!!

Lucia not lucid damn predictive text!! On my iPod touch using the app and my spelling us awful!!!

Ladies check out the chocolate pudding recipe made with tidings is awesome and mega low syns and tastes amazing!

Also another good treat for 3.5 syns is Asda smartprice choc mousse or raspberry ripple mouser (each frozen pot) mum used to get these and when I saw them I felt a pang if nostalgia and checked the calories and was surprised! Very handy. Being individual portions and good syn value I think!

Hope everyone is enjoying there weekend!!! Let's all stay on the wagon!

Morning lovely ladies :wavey:

Thought I would pop in before I go for a walk..... I WILL be wrapping up as its -6 at the moment here and frosted over (do you think shivering will shake a few more ounces off? :p)
Well done on some cracking losses folks :happy096: and congratulations on your job jayde
Lucia -:happy036:eek:n your NSV -I was a 32 when I started -you will soon be whipping through those sizes as you shrink :bliss:
My NSV is this:-

the shapeless jobby on the bottom is a top I used to wear and the one on top is my "now size" - :D -I have decided that when I shift the other 5st11lbs I need to -I may well be able to get my entire wardrobe of clothes out to dry in one go ;)-instead of 1 item taking up a bar :p
right I had better get off and get myself sorted.... weigh in for me in the morning so "every little helps" :D
Have a lovely day everyone..

morning ladies!!

just a quicky before i go to bed!!

unfortunately i went a bit squiffy this week and put 1.5 on , my own fault not being careful enough i think! also a bit of panic / comfort eating after the council announced another 2000 job cuts!!:sigh:.....to be honest after last night I'd leave for free lmao:D

hope your all well and happy!

Good Morning all! I am sooooo glad it's the weekend! Congratz to everyone with losses and that's a cracking NSV Capricorn and you too Lucia - could be a bit embarrassing though!! ;) Jayde well done on the job and Spanx I'm in awe of the running programme - good on you for getting it started!
I am finding it difficult to exercise this week as I fell down the steps on Wednesday morning! I was being my usual lazy self and carrying far too much in one go to save me having to make 2 trips and I lost my footing and twisted my ankle. it's flipping sore but I keep zipping it into my tightest boots and hobbling around on it  Suppose now it's the weekend I should rest it a bit and see if the swelling goes down! It's my sis in laws 50th today and we are out for a family meal this evening - Gusto's if any one has heard of it.........typical Italian fodder so not syn friendly but I'm going to drive so will save on alcohol syns at least!
My task today is to throw out all the skanky makeup that I've had for a squillion years, but replacements and follow some tutorials on youtube for a different look :p

Morning all!

Just 1lb off for me this week, which I'm not thrilled with! However, I have started my running programme this week, done 2 sessions on the wii fit and vibration plates, had two EE days and eaten a proper breakfast every morning, so I've probably confused my system!! I'm certainly feeling a bit bloated and constipated, might need a dose of senna tonight!

Still, according to my stats, I'm heading towards a BMI of 30 and 20% weight lost, there's inspiration enough to carry on!

Capricorn - that pic is  - you must feel amazing!

Jiggly, sorry about your gain, but at least you know what caused it and I know you'll put it right!

Lucia - I had the same with a size 24 skirt with an elasticated waist a few months ago - I'd walked half way from the car park to work before I realised it was half way down my hips...instead of round my waist! Fortunately I had a hip length coat on, so don't think I was flashing!

Lesley, I like the sound of your plan for today - I soooo need to do the same! Hope your ankle is feeling better. I have a weak ankle after a similar fall and I tend to wear an ankle strap on it now if I'm going to be doing a lot of walking... Hope you have a great night out - however many syns it costs you!

Have a great weekend everyone! x

Well ladies you have all been busy! Am not at home now so will reply properly to each of you later on.
Just a quickie to say that I have called target. Am just into the twelves, about to move house and got stress and work and trying to do a degree, I follow the SW plan without cen thibking now and this is not an excuse to eat what I want but at the moment, the added pressure I feel when trying to lose is really something I could do without...before I crack completely and end up 5 and a half stone heavier again.
Am still going to class etc etc and an hoping in a few months, I will have more time to exercise and maybe bring my target a little lower.
Just hope noone thinks I'm taking an easy way out- just worrying about that now. Keep trying to take worry away and I just think about something else to worry about!
Xx

I don't blame you for calling target! You have less than a stone to go and it sounds like plenty of other things to keep you occupied for the moment! :D
Spanx - even 1lb is better off than on! Well done :p

Afternoon ladies! :)

I thought it was about time I posted something on here, as I haven't for ages  Sorry about that ladies, I've just been feeling very demotivated of late! My Christmas eating kind of lingered on for most of January, so it hasn't been a very good couple of months for weight losses  To be fair though, I've pretty much maintained, and am now back to losing, so it could have been a lot worse! Just taking it a week at a time at the moment until I find my missing mojo!

Congratulations to all on losses and NSVs, it's fabulous to see how well you've all been doing in my absence! :D Also welcome to any new members and good luck with the weigh loss :)

Other than my lack of sticking to SW I have very little to say...it's been a busy month with parents' evenings, essay writing and marking. Oh the joy! I'm somewhat excited about the start of the Six Nations rugby tournament next week...I'm an avid rugby fan so that will be good! I just need to try to be better with my drinking

I'm not sure how good my losses are going to be from now onwards. I have an appointment with a doctor to have a Mirena coil fitted, and I've been told that can cause weight gains, or at best no losses. So I'm a bit worried about that. I really don't want to put weight back on :sigh: Fingers crossed that I can still keep losing even with the coil fitted.

Hope you're all well and that you have a lovely weekend!

Sian xxx :)

Hi Sian - hovering and maintaining is just fine and sometimes you just need a bit of breathing space before you tackle the next chunk of weight loss.

Chica- blimey, false eyelashes very sexy! I cant even be bothered to shave the old legs til at least May!

Corsa- fanatsis and well done- thats brilliant news and good luck with the move.

Sending Jiggly positive vibes for a really good week this week.

Spanx-a pound is a pound and is bloody hard work so be proud of that pound.

All going good here been 1000% this week and really really hoping for a decent loss after my sts last week.

Might be a tough one next week as we are having a new boiler fitted and will be at Mum in laws for a couple of days as they are replacing alot of rads too and would be very difficult with my son here so we are all decamping the other side of town. Shes a good old stick though and she said I can use her kitchen to cook as she knows I am on a diet so will do my usual stuff there instead.

Sorry to anyone I missed- Surreygal- nearly missed you- My hubby in Surrey this w/e with the eldest visiting family as he is a Surrey boy! Have a great week and you Sweet pink!

Cara- amazing loss and Capricorn those tops are amazing!

Evening ladies! Been 100% this weekend which is a real achievement because all I have wanted to do was eat!!! So I have eaten lots of free food even as snacks so I am definitely putting the rules to the test this week! Although I don't want to go to work tomorrow at least I eat better with the routine!

Hope you are all ok and on the wagon! Xxx

Morning all

Forgot to sign in yesterday  another 1lb off for me this week -which Im :D about as apart from a walk on Saturday -I did no exercise  -
this week I have decided to give success express a whirl as its prety much how I seem to eat anyway -so I thought it would stop me getting complacent... we need to nip out later and do a fruit n veg top up so I will be leaving the lamb hotpot in to cook whilst we are gone -nomnomnom
Hope everyone has a good week and pinkies crossed for those weighing in :D

Morning ladies,

I am sooo tired & have been feeling soo hungry over the weekend (which I am putting down to tiredness) My 2 youngest have came down with the bug that my eldest had last week so I've been up & down with them all night for the past 3 nights. To top all that off my dishwasher has only decided to quit in the middle of it. Needless to say my exercising has had to take a back seat for a few days but will get that back on track when everything else calms down. I'm weighing in tomorrow morning & have no idea how that will go. I think I have just accepted that my weightloss has plateaued a bit (though I can live with that for a while now I'm squeezing into 16's) I'm off on holiday on friday with work so that will be a few days off plan (4 & 5 star restaurants all expenses paid I'd be mad not too :D) Needless to say I'll get straight back on plan thursday & deal with the consequences then. I dont plan to go mad & be naughty for the sake of being naughty but food is all set so beyond my control & there will be alcohol so I dont even think flexi syns would work. That being said its quite an active break so lots of activities & walking which should hopefully help.
Good luck to everyone weighing in today & well done to all of those who have lost or sts :D
