Afternoon ladies!
I thought it was about time I posted something on here, as I haven't for ages

Sorry about that ladies, I've just been feeling very demotivated of late! My Christmas eating kind of lingered on for most of January, so it hasn't been a very good couple of months for weight losses

To be fair though, I've pretty much maintained, and am now back to losing, so it could have been a lot worse! Just taking it a week at a time at the moment until I find my missing mojo!
Congratulations to all on losses and NSVs, it's fabulous to see how well you've all been doing in my absence!

Other than my lack of sticking to SW I have very little to say...it's been a busy month with parents' evenings, essay writing and marking. Oh the joy!

I'm somewhat excited about the start of the Six Nations rugby tournament next week...I'm an avid rugby fan so that will be good! I just need to try to be better with my drinking
I'm not sure how good my losses are going to be from now onwards. I have an appointment with a doctor to have a Mirena coil fitted, and I've been told that can cause weight gains, or at best no losses. So I'm a bit worried about that. I really don't want to put weight back on :sigh: Fingers crossed that I can still keep losing even with the coil fitted.
