Question

New to ww. Seems a lot of points a day and the weekly allowance too. Does everyone always use all of them? Is that the best way forward? Does it effect weight loss if say u eat all one week n dont the next then do the next??
 
I dip into my weeklies on occasions out, not on a daily basis. If i want a treat, I dont deny myself but try to keep to my daily points. I use about 2 thirds of my weeklies on average and have lost 5.5lbs in 3 weeks :) but different for each person i guess so just judge it by ur hunger and go from there :) happy weight watching xxx
 
Hi I've just restarted weight watchers but when I did it last time I only occasionally dipped into my weeklies - mainly for meals out or for those days when I was invited to someone's for tea unexpectedly! I still lost when I used them or if I used them all I often stayed the same but never put on eating them all so if you need them i would use them. No point feeling deprived... you'll just hate the diet... and at the end of the day dieting is not meant to be missing out on everything you love! :)
