chewing gum [sugar free]... it is free?? Or does it have Syns??

I figured since i'd never go through an entire pack in a day, and since i chew the life out of one piece, i'd be balancing out whatever little kcals etc. is in it anyway...

I chew on extra and I believe it is free. Even if it isn't I doubt it will have an impact of weightloss. xx

i dont count it although its not free, its so low i cant imagine it will sabotage your weight loss
