Feeling very motivated today

Diary Wednesday 19102011:

Breakfast-
Milk semi skimmed 310ml 3pp
Tea sugar (milk from allowance above) 1pp
Honeyhoops40g(milk from allowance above) 4pp

Lunch-
Baked potato 4pp with
20g Denny crumbled ham 1pp
60g Philly light 2pp
Spring onion 0
Tea (milk from allowance,1sugar) 1pp

Dinner:
Yummy fillet steak 130g 5pp
Pepper sauce (homemade) 1pp
Loads of veg 0
Mushrooms 0
Spinach 0
1 baby potato 1

Snacks:
Ww cookies 2
Cadburys mini roll 3
More tea 2

Total daily used: 30/32
Total weekly used 0/49

Activity: 8000 steps walked (done treadmill and 30 sit ups)

Targets for the week-
get at least 1 lb off an hit my next stone
Drink 2ltr water each day
Earn at least 1 activity point each day through walking and don't eat it :)
 
Not a very healthy day today but productive enough!

Pedometer says I gained 4 activity points and walked 5 miles so I'm happy with that!

Drank 3 pints of water too plus tea/coffee

Food diary:
Breakfast: 40g ready break 4pp
220ml semi skim milk 2pp
Tea 80ml semi skim milk and 1 sugar 2pp

Lunch: m n s salmon potato salad 7pp
Starbucks skinny caramel latte 4pp

Snack
Costa coffee latte skinny 3pp

Dinner
Eddie rockets chicken burger and chips 28pp
Eddies Cajun dip 3pp

Total daily 32/32
Total weekly 21/49

Looking back if I had prepared for dinner I wouldn't have had the Eddie rockets ... Mistake I will learn from!

Yeah I find that when I loose some it makes me want to carry on. Your doing really well and your menu looks good to me.
 
Hey all,

Sorry haven't been in on in ages,

Went on a bender sat night drank way to much captain Morgan and eh we'll I was up a half today :-( very sad!

None the less ill give it my all this week

Target: -1.5 to hit my second stone!

Happy coz I can finally fit a pair of work trousers from dunnes( I have thunder thighs and a small waist and trousers never fit so have had a pair I bought there lurking in wardrobe since last year ... Tried on today and yay they fit :)

Pedometer was from ww meeting it gives activity points but if u just wana c calories and steps Argos sell them

Think I'll spend today cooking some low pp meals I can freeze and maybe some low pp deserts,

In all over the place today,., first day off work in ages on holls and I don't know what to do haha
 
Ughhh bad weekend,

Drank so much sunday I spent all Monday in bed or in the bathroom :-(

Haven't exercised, haven't tracked, haven't got my water :-(

Feel tired,bloated, unorganised and all over the place,

WI Tomorrow!

Going to aim for 15000 steps tomorrow :)
