Yeh was good so I'm told! Feckin fell aswel! Bloody skid down a hill tore my leg n hands! Wudnt mind but d pub is literally across d road from our house and I get in that bad a state lol:))

Visiting bf family and had 3 cups of tea, biscuits eclairs! And I had to eat em coz they had got dem all in for me!

I'm back on track today (so far) iv a bloody head cold though so thoughts of excersie is killin me!

Dont think I did on here.. Put it on my diary :) I was down 1.5lb... Was delighted as I had a VERY bold weekend the weekend before.. Included lotz of vodka, bulmers (light), shots, prosecco, pizza, dinner out on the Monday... Tracked everything tho n had gone over my weeklies by 19pp's.. So I earned some AP's n under ate my dailies on a few days to make it up.. I know yer not supposed to do that but I did anyway (coz i'm a rebel :8855:)

Just drink as much water as possible and be eat plenty of fruit n veg.. Normally i'd say get out and walk as much as you can fit in but I wouldn't recommend it in that weather :eek:

Just do the cross trainer while watching 1 r 2 of the soaps n ya wont even notice :D

Lunch was yum.. but am suffering now.. Seems the seeded brown rolls dont agree with my IBS n they're at war all day :( Lesson learnt.. Will go for normal brown roll in future :D

No hun never tried it.. A few ppl on here have mentioned it tho so must be good..
I dont eat white bread (unless I'm having something in someone elses house n can't b fussy), I had a seeded brown baguette from Londis.. Tummy still feels really bloated n 'bla' from it :( No pain or anything so it'l fine soon :)
Never tried Connact Gold either.. Must put it on my shopping list.. Is it nicer than flora light? That (to me) tastes like water on yer break :jelous: So I currently use low low..

The connought gold is amazing, tastes just like real butter... I love it! Actually couldn't live without it... Enough for two slice bread is just 1 pp,
