Dont think I did on here.. Put it on my diary I was down 1.5lb... Was delighted as I had a VERY bold weekend the weekend before.. Included lotz of vodka, bulmers (light), shots, prosecco, pizza, dinner out on the Monday... Tracked everything tho n had gone over my weeklies by 19pp's.. So I earned some AP's n under ate my dailies on a few days to make it up.. I know yer not supposed to do that but I did anyway (coz i'm a rebel :8855Ohh what's for dinner lol! This head cold has my head like mush!

Just drink as much water as possible and be eat plenty of fruit n veg.. Normally i'd say get out and walk as much as you can fit in but I wouldn't recommend it in that weatherHahaha
