well hello everyone!
feel like i've been away a lifetime.. was REALLY twitchy today.. its just sheer habit that when im in the house i am always on here - i load up minis and i put music on whether i am on the PC or not (usually am
) so this morning i didnt know what to do with myself LOL
laptop home safe and sound now though
so we're good. Just popping in to update my food:
B - 2 weetabix (1.5) and 1/2pt. sk. milk (1)
L - carrot and ginger soup (0) 1 ryvita (0.5) tin baked beans (5.5) and a large sweet potato (3.5)
T - 3 ryvita (1.5) small pack sburys wafer thin ham (1) and 80g cottage cheese (1)
total: 15.5 points
looks like for once I might actually have a 100% day!
about blooming time - though as much as i'll try my best, i'm not 100% sure i'll make it through tomorrow - 11.5 at work and Isobel will bring sweets
will make sure I have my breakfast at a decent time and i will take a decent sized lunch
plan for tomorrow:
B - golden syrup oatsosimple (3)
L - something (??) with broccoli (0)
T - TGI's spicy diablo pasta (10)
luckily, no drinks to be had as i will be driving, so that'll make the day less points heavy at least
also, have to work monday night now
so chinese night is now thursday.. at least i have more of a chance at STS this week now.. but less of a chance of losing next week!
