good morning! :)

its a shame you didnt like the soup Jane.. i love it, i think its so filling for 3 points, but being poor atm i have limited choices! No more until pay day i dont think..

well, i'm just about to get ready for work. Don't feel like going now.. i've built up the dread of such a long shift! :p Im sure it'll be fine once i'm there though :)

Just started a new book - going for an easy read - Dance upon the Air by Nora Roberts - you totally know who'll get with who but i like stuff like that :) plus i need to fill the void - i just DEVOURED Poison Study by Maria V. Snyder (amazing.. really amazing) and as I am poor, i can't afford to buy the second and third books.. and have resigned myself to the fact that i probably won't be able to afford them next month either :( - so pleasing myself with my borrowed books.. still have a good few to read.. about 20 i think :)

already added to todays plan:

B - golden syrup oatsosimple (3)
L - tin of tuna (2) mixed salad (0) batchelors l.f. chicken soup (2)
T - 1/2carton covent garden bns + sweet potato soup (4) 1 slice bread (1.5)
S - 200g grapes (2) snackpack sliced apple (0.5) cadburys creme egg (3.5)

total: 18.5 points

hope everyone has a nice day. Will catch up with you all later xxx

We all just bring in the books we've finished with and take something new. Maybe you should try start up something like that?? Although with around another 20 to read im guessing you'll be ok for a while

Just started a new book - going for an easy read - Dance upon the Air by Nora Roberts...

Just love Nora Roberts - have read every one of hers that I could get from the library after I bought all the ones in the shops - have you read the 'flower' ones?

hi Rach hope today flys by in a blurr (minus any drink of course...lol) I love reading and will def google the one's you've mentioned xxx

Just hoping your long day flies by Rach. Pity we can't start a book swap club on minis I shoud love that. If you like Nora Roberts she also writes as J D Robb set in 2050 about a female policewoman, I love them they are all called ....in death. Try one.

Take care

M

Yeah i'm good - just finished my Nora, going to start the second in the morning - Heaven and Earth. As for the bookswap, i am really funny with my books - i don't mind lending people them but i need them back.. and unless the spine was bent when I bought it, it cant come back with any creases or folded corners!! :p

Just love Nora Roberts - have read every one of hers that I could get from the library after I bought all the ones in the shops - have you read the 'flower' ones?

They're in my pile of to reads :) my favourite Nora's are The Circle trilogy (Morrigan's Cross, Dance of the Gods, Valley of Silence) and the Sign of Seven Trilogy (Blood Brothers, The Hollow, The Pagan Stone) - I am a big fan of the paranormal, slightly different ones.. hence why i am reading The Sisters at the moment. I do however love Montana Sky, and i love the movie adaptation too - its one of my ultimate feel good dvds. :)

The ones I have are Sainsburys own brand, and they are 0.5 for 6. I have them with philly light and tomato as a snack or i have them dry to dip in my toast :) yum!

I didnt WI - I am weighing in next week. Glad my little lovelies are still pleased with the DS, hope the work goes smoothly, though i know its always awful having strange people in the house. I have the carpet fitter in tomorrow.

Well, i am off to bed. Horrendous day foodwise at work, otherwise day went very fast. Back at work for 7am as we have a formal visit from an area manager and counter needs to be amazing. I keep thinking the overtime will increase my wages, but then i remember that I am going to be hammered for tax, and loads of my hours are going to be taken from me :( there should be a helpline we can ring, telling them that i need said taxed money to pay my council tax next month!

Good night! x

Hey Twigs - I just had 100g of red seedless grapes so I counted them for ya... 22 was exactly 100g so 200, aprox 44 :)

but were they big grapes or little grapes? :p i am sad - i actually weigh mine out. Sometimes when i am UBER sad, i weigh out a few portions at once so they are easily grabbable from the fridge LOL :p

and yes Twigs, full pack of mattesons turkey rashers for only 2.5 points (unsmoked, dont know what the smoked are pointswise) - cant even have 2 slices of normal bacon for that :D

You're just like me - loads and loads of books ready to read and not enough time to get through them all - doesn't stop me heading for the 3 for 2 at Waterstones every pay day though!! Mike look out for the Nora books sounds good.

Whoops sorry meant to add - good day there x (foodwise)

Lydia you'll love the Circle trilogy for definite.. you'd probably like the Anita Blake series by Laurell K. Hamilton and the Women of the Otherworld series by Kelley Armstrong if you haven't read them xxx

Menus look just fine Rach, any plans for this weekend? I'm seeing a farce 'Boeing Boeing' not sure if its my thing but it'll pass some time along.

Catch you later

M
