thanks everyone :) and yes Hayley I have visited - it's such a great place.. when my mum finished the apartments they were absolutely gorgeous.. but one of them she's having to redo now after a tenant trashed the place - rewired the electrics and pulled fitting off etc.. made a right mess of the place :(

and yeah Gabs i love it that i can change a necklace and add a scarf or something and it looks totally new again :D


well, mum started something - i dug out all my old comics and have popped them on ebay.. I have about 100 japanese manga comics from my phase a few years back and so even if i get £2 each for them thats still £200 for me :D

food for today hasnt really gone as planned as per usual when i am at work :(

B - 60g shreddies (3) 1/2pt skimmed milk (1)
L - sainsburys basics tomato soup (2.5) crusty bread bun (3)
T -
S - ryvita minis (1.5) kelloggs special k bites (1.5) 4 bassett allsorts (2) 2 slices ham (2) pear (0.5) slice of toast (1.5) tomatoes (0)

total: 18 points leaving me 5 for tea..

phew i can sleep tonight now.

Hope you have better luck than me with ebay.. wanted to sell sum clothes that are too big now & it wouldnt let me even upload my pix..so i gave up in disgust!:D
Have been to turkey twice now loved it both times i like that you can virtually guarantee the weather its soo hot:) i wud miss my mum if she moved but on plus side nice cheapy hols xx

if you can't upload pics to ebay, try uploading them to photobucket or somewhere like that and just linking to them in your product description? :)

i am currently sat, just had my breakfast and Becca and me are playing on House of the Dead: Overkill for Wii. I am a big chicken and lasted about 30 seconds before closing my eyes and dying.. but Becca's dead good so i'm just watching her at the mo :)

Starting to worry about my WI tomorrow.. i don't feel any lighter, and i'm concerned that my two days off track before i got back on board are going to really affect it.. I cant even remember HOW bad they were..

either way.. updating yesterdays food plan and adding todays..

yesterdays:

Food plan sounds fab as always Rach. Got my fingers crossed for your WI, sure yourll do better than you expect hun.

food has changed already - slipped into munchie mode so i have been on wii fitness coach and done 15 minutes cardio so earned 1AP at least :p going to have a break and a drink and then going to do 15 minutes core body, as thats where i think i need to work on the most - i keep forgetting to keep my ab muscles tight when i am working out - i'm too busy trying not to pass out! :p need to get some tips off Lydia me thinks! :D

today:

Hey Rach I know what you mean about the House of the Dead game, by OH has it and I can only watch it if I look between my fingers!!

Your menu always sounds lovely mmm mmmm, Im really thinking of getting My Fitness Coach for the Wii.. have Wii Fit which drives me nuts all the stopping and starting... honestly is My Fitness Coach as good as everyone says it is?
 
i really enjoy it yeah :) its getting better now - it does stop after each section but your main section is like 10 minutes, then there'll be 5 mins stretches, 5 weights etc and it asks you how hard you found it so it can callibrate a new workout to push you for maximum performance next time. Its the same price as a workout dvd, but you have a multitude of choice rather than just one workout, so i think its definitely worth it :)

i've done 8 workouts with it so far, and although i usually only do 15 minutes 5 days a week, its better than doing nothing :) also i can fit it in before work / after work etc.. so its great :)

Sounds like you are well and truely back on track and in the zone! Good luck with your wi!!! Hoping to go see angels and demons this week too, ive read the book before but really want to read it again before we go, can't remember it really.

Hope you have a good week and you manage to get your expenses form done, such a bugger doing these big things online, my internet connection usually cuts off :mad:

i've had to get a paper form sent out, but because its bank holiday, its not here yet.. issue is still going online.. now 4 days on! :p 24 hours my *rse! LOL! :p


well hellooooooooo everyone :)

just had my tea, was lovely - also had a dairylea dunker (2.5) and an alpen light bar (1) so a few more points to add to my list, but still within my given 23. WI still playing on my mind.. i should be losing weight but i just don't feel like I am.. infact I am eating so much I feel like I should be gaining.. though i suppose most of my intake is fruit and veg so its good for me at least.. anyway, just need to forget about it until the morning then i can see whats happening :p

really feeling quite tired.. think i'm going to pull an "old lady" and head to bed :p

Mornin rach i luv those alpen bars but they give me bad wind!:eek: i had 2 boxes so gave them to my sister:D ha ha .

i suppose seen as i've only had 5 days on track its to be expected..

ah well.. soldiering on!

going to try hard to earn at least 1AP every day for the next few weeks, and also to drink plenty of water. :)

Well I don't think you earned those 2lbs so it must be water or something!!! I bet you get a great loss next week :)

Keep your spirits up (not necessarily the alcohol kind :D) and keep tracking :)

Here's to 100% on plan for both of us;) Looks like I'm going to take my ma on a cruise later in the year - my goals just got soo much more appealing:D
