more slugs! i think we have an alien invasion going on here.. anyone watch / read Animorphs as a kid and those alien slugs went in peoples ears and took over their minds?
well.. had a seriously sick day with points
sick to the teeth with myself and my lack of control over my emotional eating. Was left on my own from 8pm over pizza bar, salad bar and deli. Didnt get out until half 9 again. I hate customers i really do.. and at the moment I really dislike my job
just done my second half hour on my fitness coach.. seriously dying. However, i do feel better for working off some stress at least. Done half hour upper body, half hour core body today.. think i will do half an hour lower body tomorrow (too frightened to do half hour cardio.. 15 minutes kills me!
) and i am dragging my mate Becca out walking for the day as its my day off and i want to spend it in the sunshine!

not as bad as i thought.. but still, cant be doing that every day!
