what a ridiculous shift to do esp when you are going out for the night! x

hours have been drastically cut this week, but 5-8 is actually my contract :( my 12hrs are 11-5 sunday, 6-9 tuesday, 5-8 saturday. I very rarely get them, but this week i did as everyone is minimum contract :( next week is a bit better though :) x

thanks Aunty M, I will try my best.. its always a sad day though when you can only have one drink and know you have to be up early in the morning! :p

I shall survive though!

just taken lenny out for a walk - had to cut it short - only 50mins as was late out with him cause i was straightening my hair (in vain, as its now all over the place! :D LOL!)

will walk him again when i finish work then head straight out into town.. woohoo! :)

thanks everyone :D well, had an okay night - feel okay now but an hour ago i was dead to the world! :p

bit of a dodgy stomach this morning, probs my own fault as we're low on food supplies so i had 4 1/2 slices of bread as i had to cut half off each slice to get rid of the mould.. then after eating them remembered that you shouldnt eat any bread thats had mould on it cause it grows through it not on it and can make you bad.. oops!

so yesterdays food was:

B - 60g shreddies (3) 1/2pt 1% fat milk (1.5)
L - 225g potato (2.5) 100g turkey (2) 5g gravy granules made up with water (0.5) green beans, broccoli (0) 4 slices streaky bacon (5)
T - equivalent 2 slices bread (3) 30g philadelphia light (1)
S - 1 vodka and diet coke (1) small pear (0.5)

total: 20/22 points

plan for today:

B - 60g shreddies (3) 1/2pt 1% milk (1.5)
L - sainsburys bgty chicken and broccoli pie (4.5) mixed free veg (0)
T - 200g turkey breast (4.5) broccoli, cauliflower, spinach (0) 150g potato (1.5)
S - small pear (0.5)

total: 15.5 / 22 points

Lets hope your poor tum is ok - I used to do that with mould too - until a did a basic food hygeine course - boy does that open ya eyes lol

work was long - feet tired! off out in a few mins with the dog again though :)

food for today:

T - slice bread (1.5) 100g turkey (2) 1/2 portion pork, sage and onion stuffing (5?)
S - 2 rice crispy squares (4.5) 200g cherries (2)

total: 24 points (using 2 of my activity points)
 
Hope tum is feeling better. I bet if I did a food hygiene course I'd never eat anything again!

you'd be surprised - at work I am anally clean, at home I am still anal about some things - especially handwashing when using raw meat etc, but other stuff not so much :p

Eurgh Rach! How can you eat bread that's had mould on it? :p I can't even touch it! Groooooossssss.

always done it - thats how mum brought me up - usually we wouldnt have money for more bread, so it was literally eat what you could get. :p i've never been bad before this morning from it.. to be honest think it mighta been the philadelphia :p

cheers :) i had a nice walk - back aching tonight though? not sure if its from being on my feet since 6 this morning.. i am shattered like.. ready for bed already!

really excited for WI come tuesday.. really hope i can be in new weight territory! :D
